Amy Watson Saxton
Amy, a long time TLC volunteer, grew up in Cundy's Harbor, Maine--one of the first sites targeted for intertidal lobster monitoring.
Amy has been involved in the monitoring here from the beginning and it continues to be a productive nursery ground. Amy graduated
from Boise State University with a B.A. in English and works at the State Legislature in the House Majority Office. Working at the
State Legislature gives Amy a chance to keep up with the regulations and obstacles faced by commercial fishermen, and close to what
is important to her family who have been involved in the industry for 5 generations. Amy resides in Harpswell with her husband and
daughter.
